1. Scope
This policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies used by the public website and member panel. Cookie consent and precise-location permission are separate choices.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: sessions, login, CSRF security, language and essential preferences. They are not used for marketing.
- Functional: optional interface preferences; disabled unless required or chosen.
- Analytics/performance: measurement and error improvement; off by default where consent is required.
- Advertising/marketing: advertising measurement or targeting; off by default and enabled only by separate opt-in.
3. Advertising
The platform does not sell products. Managed advertising may appear on the home page, right block, pop-up or content detail. Targeting or measurement cookies are not activated before the relevant choice.
4. Member panel
Session and security cookies are necessary for member/admin login and secure form submissions. Blocking them may prevent login.
5. Location is not a cookie choice
Province, district and neighbourhood are profile fields. Precise coordinates are requested only after separate permission and a save-location action. Accepting cookies does not grant location permission and granting location permission does not accept advertising cookies. There is no continuous tracking.
6. Managing choices
Non-essential categories must offer equally visible accept and reject choices. Choices can be changed through the preference panel or browser settings.
7. Third parties
Third-party map tiles or advertiser links may process their own technical records. Their policies apply after opening external content.
