Workshops that help families decide in advance how to reconnect after an earthquake are beginning a new term.
Participants will combine home risks, local and out-of-town meeting points, emergency contacts, and alternative communication methods in a one-page plan.
Specific needs of children, older adults, people with disabilities, and pets will be addressed separately.
